DC Annual Re-qualification Handgun

Yearly Firearms Retraining is required by DC, SOMB requires 8 hrs in-service of which 2 has to be classroom. This session meets or exceeds the requirement. It mandates 2 hours in the classroom plus time for qualification on the range.
